Who runs this shop
Streamline is owned by Keith Fosmire, who also owns Exzact Window Tinting in the same plaza. The two shops share a parking lot and a standard, and the reason Streamline exists at all is that Keith kept watching tint customers drive off to wait days on a national chain for a piece of glass.
Cory Fulcher runs it day to day. He writes the quotes, orders the glass, and the number on this page rings him rather than a call center. If your windshield goes wrong, you are talking to the person who handled it, not to somebody reading a ticket.

Our story
Since day one, Streamline Auto Glass Repair has focused on one simple promise: make broken windshields the easiest problem you fix all week. Born next door to our sister shop, Exzact Window Tinting, we saw frustrated drivers waiting days for a national chain to ship the right glass or finish an insurance claim. We knew Panama City Beach deserved a faster, friendlier option. So in 2021, we opened Streamline with two certified techs and a “repair-first, replace-only-when-necessary” mindset.

Chip and crack repair
A quarter-sized chip can usually be repaired in under 30 minutes. That keeps the factory seal intact, which is the part most people do not realise is worth protecting, and it costs a fraction of a replacement.
Windshield replacement
When a crack has gone too far, we replace it with OEM or OEM-equivalent glass. Cheap aftermarket panels distort vision and weaken the roof structure in a rollover, so we do not fit them.
ADAS recalibration
Most cars built in the last several years watch the road through the windshield. Lane keeping, automatic braking and adaptive cruise all read through that glass, and they have to be recalibrated after it is replaced. We do it the same day, in house, on current equipment.
